VINACHEM

Implementing the Instruction 39-CT/TW of the Politburo on the renovation of Patriotic Emulation Movement, the direction of Vinachem, People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the determination of its officials and workers, Paint and Plastic Joint Stock Company (PPJSC) has held many emulation movements in the past few years which helps stabilise and develop its production and trade. These movements resulted from a lot of research projects, technical innovations and initiatives that consequently brought hundreds of millions VND benefit for PPJSC. Therefore, Emulation and Rewarding Board of the Company presented hundreds of millions VND for teams and individuals so that they are more encouraged in their participation in PPJSC's emulation movements.

Basing on the results of the past five emulation movements, Vinachem awarded certificates for 05 teams and 14 individuals of the Company for their excellent achievements in its production and trade tasks. Vinachem's Trade Union also presented certificates for PPJSC's Trade Union for its achievement during 2006-2010 emulation movements, for PPJSC's 05 teams and 20 individuals for their achievements in annual production and trade.

For five years launching emulation-rewarding movements, the Company has renovated and taken concrete steps to make emulation and rewarding activities meet its production-trade demand and situation, brought exciting and enthusiastic working spirit for employees as well as raised their income, thus, PPJSC's production and trade efficiency has increased higher and higher.
