Vinachem: Appointment of two new members of the Board members

In the morning Jul 12, Vietnam National Chemical Group(Vinachem) organized announcement ceremony to appoint members of the Board members for Group: Mr. Luu Manh Hung is Deputy Director of the Department organization officials - Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu is the Head of Internal Control of Group).
Attendance at announcement ceremony has Mr. Tran Tuan Anh - Deputy Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade; Mr. Dao Van Hai - Director of the Department of Organization Officials (MOIT); Mr. Phung Ha - Director of department of chemicals (MOIT); Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung is Chairman of the Board Members (Vinachem); Nguyen Dinh Khang is CEO and Director of Vinachem; Mr. Ngo Manh Hoai is Party Committee Secretary of Vinachem and the Deputy General Manager of Group, and the leaders of departments and leadership units of Group. At the ceremony, Mr. Dao Van Hai – Director Department of Organization Officials of MOIT has announce decision to appoint two additional members of Board members of Vinachem. Next after, Mr.Tran Tuan Anh Deputy Minister was officially awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Luu Manh Hung and Nguyen Van Hieu.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Tran Tuan Anh expressed his desire with two news members of the Board members on the new position, new tasks will continue to develop capacity, their intellectual contributions to the development of Vinchem. With additional appointment decision, the total members of the Council of Group is 6 persons.
