VINACHEM

On May 28th 2010, Vinachem issued Document No 400/HCVN-KHKD on producing a report for the second quarter hand-over meeting 2010 and Document No 405/HCVN-DTXD dated on May 31st 2010 on reporting the first six month construction-investment progress. Basing on the above documents, Vinachem's companies and representatives of State-owned capital in joint-stock companies have to report following contents to the Group:

I. The first six month and second quarter production and trade results:

1. Advantages and disadvantages (which directly influenced on their production and trade in the first six month, the report has to include statistics comparing the increase/decrease of price between this year and the same time of 2009).

2. Reports are set up basing on guidelines.

3. Evaluating the results and pointing out the reasons of these successes.

II. The last six month and the third quarter production and trade plans:

1. Advantages and disadvantages.

2. Main norms of the last six month and the third quarter plans (industrial production value, key industrial products, total turnover, import-export value, profit, budget contribution and basic construction-investment value).

3. Implementation solutions.

The first six month and second quarter production and trade results are collected from official statistics by June 12 2010.
