Carrying out the joint instruction 15/CTLT-HCVN between Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) and its Trade Union dated Jan 8th 2010 on the implementation of emulation movements for the success of 2010 production and trade plan, on May 27th 2010, Director Board and Executive Committee of Trade Union of Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (Vipesco) launched the emulation movements for the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi, of Party Congress at different levels towards the 11th National Party Congress as follows:

1. Officials and workers are encouraged to participate in emulation movements, try their best to overfulfil 2010 production and trade norms: 347 billion VND industrial production value, 500 billion VND turnover, 50 billion VND profit, average income up 5-10% against last year.

2. Its subsidiaries keep strengthening the emulation movements, increasing labour productivity, saving inputs, decreasing product prices; collecting and applying technical initiatives and innovations into production.

3. Its subsidiaries strictly carry out "Industrial hygiene and safety, fire and explosion prevention and fighting", "Green - Clean - Beautiful", "Modern - Clean - Beautiful - Safe Working place" programs, improve working conditions, accelerate the supervision and management for no serious industrial accidents.

4. Its research center and departments apply quality management systems for controlling production costs, mobilising collective intelligence for the decrease of product price, the improvement of quality and the increase of their competitiveness and Vipesco's brand.

5. The Company propagandises and encourages its officials and workers in taking part in "Study and Follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example”, "Build Vietnam working class in national Modernisation - Industrialisation period", "Vietnamese use Vietnamese goods" campaigns.

6. Vipesco mobilises its officials and workers to be against production waste, eliminate social evils; ensures stable jobs and raise incomes for employees, improves physical and spritual life of employees.

Basing on the past year achievements and the successful implementation of emulation movements, it is believed that the Company will fulfil and overfulfil 2010 plans which helps Vipesco develop sustainably.
